Every chocolatier has one object that explains them. At Mozimo, it is a small box of nine pralines — the piece we now simply call our signature box.
It began with a conviction: that a praline should not outlast its welcome. Each shell is cast thin, filled with ganache made the same morning, and finished by hand — no two ever perfectly identical, and that is the point. The box is an edition of that morning, not a product line.

Arranging it is its own quiet craft. Flavours are placed so that no two neighbours repeat; the eye travels the box like a small gallery before the first piece is ever lifted. When a gift is opened, this is the moment it either sings or doesn't — and we have chosen to spend our effort there.
A box of chocolate, after all, is a promise made in advance. Long before anyone tastes it, they hold it, weigh it, read its intentions. Everything we believe about chocolate — restraint, freshness, the hand of the maker — is visible in the object itself.
That is why our signature box looks the way it does: quiet, exact, slightly serious. It is not trying to be everything. It is trying to be Mozimo — and to taste exactly like the promise it makes.
